What is KYC?
"Know Your Customer" or KYC refers to the process of verifying customers' identities before or during the start of Poolin's relationship with them. It is a precaution against illegal transactions and activities (i.e money laundering).
What certificates can I use for KYC Verification?
We support all types of Passports, and any other IDs or Driver Licenses with English.
How do I KYC?
To complete your KYC, please follow the steps below:
1) Click on "Me" at the bottom of the App, then enter "My Profile"
2) Next, simply upload the required information for Real-Name Information.

How long does it take for KYC verification?
Generally, KYC verification (with photo) will take up to 1 - 2 days.
